Greetings from "AFTER ALL!"
We hope you haven't
danced around the Maypole too much this month because you need some energy for dancing when you come to
see us! And yes...the May flowers are out in abundance! The April showers helped!
The weather seems
to be shaping up quite nicely if the last two days are any indication! It may finally be time to stow those winter
coats away until end of year!
Nick had a visit from his Daughter Cassie and Granddaughter Savannah in April. He was a
happy guy and so was Nancy! She calls Savannah her "Little Petunia"! She's already five years
old! Time flies!
Nan had the pleasure of celebrating Greek Easter with Nick and his big Greek family as well
as her own Easter with Son & Daughter-in-Law. So difficult not having her Mom there to join in the festivities
though. :(
We wish everyone a good month!

"AFTER
ALL"
APRIL OVERVIEW
So where do we begin? At the beginning of course! We started the month
with SONO Boat Club in So. Norwalk. Our "Spectacular Stamford Crew" was there to make our
evening enjoyable, as were some other great people. We will be there again on June 13th....possibly outside on
the deck this time, weather permitting. It's almost the "Eat a Bug" season for Nancy. A bug or two
are always swallowed at the outdoor jobs.....UGH!
The Hawthorne was a "HOOT" as usual. It seems like no one
is coming and then we blink and the place is packed. Kind of scary how that happens! Family and
friends were there to keep the party going! **Notice on schedule below that we are there again on Friday, May 23rd,
and it will be from 6:00pm-10:00pm....an early night!
We had an evening at The Inn At Ethan Allen and our "Delightful
Danbury Crew" were there to be rowdy and sing along per usual! And, as usual, everyone there marveled at Peggy,
as she is in her eighties and can dance ANYONE under the table....WITH high heels on! Her husband Bruce does a good
job keeping up with her!
We had a nice evening at The Elks Club of Waterbury, and there was a dancing(and singing!)
crowd there as our usual moral boosters!
A. Joseph's was bit sparse people wise, BUT the people that WERE
there were EXCELLANT! Mark & Karen and Wilby and Lo sat in the booth closest to us so they could be in the front
row! What good friends!
We had the distinct pleasure of performing for George & Patti's 50th
anniversary party at the Farms Country Club, and had a lovely time with their family and friends. It always amazes
us how families throw parties with such gusto! It does our hearts good!
The Water's Edge
was a special night, as it was the weekend before Shirley & Tom's 39th Anniversary. Everyone really
thinks Shirl is Nancy's Sister...maybe they were separated at birth! Nan always did want a Sister! A song
was dedicated to them via long distance from Florida, from Joan & Jim!
We were thrilled to be able to do
yet another annual event for The Shriner's at The So. Windsor Marriott. We look forward to it every
year and Nancy loves the bagpipes and Shriner's Orchestra!. Of course the best part is knowing we will
see all the dear, warmhearted Shriner's, who treat us like King & Queen!
Lastly, we did an
hour in the food tent at The Annual Daffodil Festival in Meriden. It didn't rain but it was really chilly!
So many friends and family were there anyway....actually the place was packed!(we think many of them just wanted to get out
of the cold!). There was someone there to get our equipment loaded onto a cart, then drive us in, helped us get the
stuff on stage and then did the same thing in reverse when we were done. We even had a sound man and were able to use
their big PA instead of having to lug our speakers in for a change! We felt absolutely spoiled! We could
get used to that! It felt good to look out to see some special faces..you know who you are...we thank you
so much for being there for us!). We did a couple of standards, and lot's of Rock and Roll, sixties style!
Nick was rocking the house!
2008 is booking up quickly...if
you are planning a party and would like us to be there for you, please let us know as soon as possible. We
don't want to be booked elsewhere when we'd rather be with YOU!

She has it set up for (commercial voiceover/vocal jobs.
Thanks to our good pal Gary for helping Nan in his studio! Check out HIS site at www.SpectrumSoundStudios.com
Nan has done
her third voice-over. It was twenty 30-second spots for a Christian Radio Station in the Midwest.
It was very interesting and not as easy as one would think! If you're ever in Dodge City, turn
the radio to KJIL! She has also started singing at assisted living homes, which is a thoroughly enjoyable
thing to do. The music is appreciated and a good time is had by all! If anyone
knows of one that needs entertainment, please let us know!
Please call our band phone and leave a message with any questions or bookings
at (860) 205-9212. You may call our 24-hour toll-free voicemail schedule at (860) 231-2204 to find out
where we are monthly and leave a message at end of schedule if you'd prefer.
If you're planning
an event, whether it be a Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding or just a party for the fun of it, please think of us for your entertainment
needs. Remember that we are also available as a trio or quartet if given enough notice.
If there is a special song you would
like us to learn for you, email us and we'll see what we can do!
Thanks to those of you who have purchased our new CD.
**We'll always
do our best to let you know if there is a change in schedule.**
